Every paid plan includes filing exports. Contributors are workspace users; learner accounts have a separate allowance. Employee Essentials participants do not need learner accounts. Supplier respondents do not use contributor seats and have no respondent seat charge.
Free workspace allowances describe preview capacity. Free does not include paid supplier program features or filing report and answer-sheet exports. Filer includes filing exports and access to Employee Essentials; it does not include an ongoing supplier program or account-based training.
Upgrade with credit for unused subscription time and keep your saved answers. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted price until you choose a change.

Above 250 suppliers, 20 contributors, or 500 learner accounts, request a managed quote. Your written quote defines supported capacity, data imports, onboarding sessions, workflow reviews, support response expectations, and any implementation fees. Services begin as agreed in the quote.

Common pricing questions
What can I do for free?
Build, save, and preview your draft, and share the open-access Employee Essentials course with your team. A paid plan is required for filing report and answer-sheet exports.
Does Starter or Team include filing?
Yes. Every paid plan includes filing exports, so you do not need a separate Filer subscription.
What training is included?
Every plan includes access to Employee Essentials: about eight minutes of employee awareness in five languages, with a knowledge check, action pledge, and printable facilitator guide. No learner login or email is required, and the course does not use your learner-account allowance. It does not provide named completion records or certificates. Account-based learning follows your plan allowance; Team and Managed / Enterprise also include SCORM training rollout.
When does my subscription renew?
Annually on the anniversary of your purchase. A statutory filing deadline and your subscription renewal date are separate dates.
Can I cancel?
Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your current paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
What happens when I upgrade?
The application changes your existing subscription and credits unused time at your current contracted rate against the prorated upgrade charge. Your saved answers remain. The new plan activates after payment succeeds.
What happens when I move to a lower plan?
Supported changes from Team to Starter, or from a program plan to Filer, take effect at renewal. Current access continues until then. Saved records remain; the lower plan determines available features and capacity for adding records. Moving to Filer removes supplier program and account-based training access. Employee Essentials remains open access.
Will existing customers automatically get the new price?
Existing subscriptions retain their contracted rate. Use the available billing options or contact the billing team to discuss a change. Automatic repricing and a particular same-plan migration option are not promised.
Do suppliers need paid contributor seats?
No. Supplier respondents do not consume contributor seats and have no respondent seat charge. Contributors and learner accounts have separate plan allowances.
What does Managed / Enterprise include?
It starts at CAD $12,000/year, before applicable taxes. Your written quote defines capacity, implementation work, onboarding, workflow reviews, support commitments, and any additional fees.
