Diligence details
Review the operating details before your team commits.
These summaries reflect the current public Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Confirm plan-specific requirements in writing during procurement.
Identity and workspace access
Role-based access controls, client-account boundaries, and workspace-scoped records limit what each signed-in user can reach.
File and transport controls
Document handling may use scoped storage paths, signed upload URLs, file-type and size restrictions, upload rate limits, and encryption in transit.
Service providers
Current integrations may include Supabase, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, and Vercel for application, billing, email, analytics, and delivery functions.
Data location
Some providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Plan-specific hosting details are available during diligence.
Retention and deletion
Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace data. Retention, backup cycles, exports, and deletion requests are governed by the Privacy Policy and any written agreement.
Support and service commitments
Support, onboarding, response expectations, and customer-success assistance vary by plan or written agreement and should be confirmed before purchase.
